Qingtian Rental Business School training enhances partners' operational capabilities, promotes standardization of robot rental services, and strengthens the foundation of the national service network.
From April 8 to 9, Qingtianzu Business School held its first specialized training session for city partners on operations and contract fulfillment, held simultaneously in Beijing and Hangzhou. Forty-five partners with backgrounds in the robotics industry and related fields participated in the training. This training was not just a routine "classroom session," but rather a systematic capacity-building initiative for city partners focused on robot leasing and service implementation.
As robots are increasingly deployed in real-world scenarios such as brand events, exhibitions and conferences, cultural tourism interactions, and commercial customer acquisition, competition in the industry is shifting from "whether you have robots" to "whether you can deliver reliably, operate sustainably, and replicate standards." For Qingtianzu, the value of the business school lies not only in training partners who know how to operate robots, but also in serving as a foundational project to further refine the platform's delivery standards, enhance partners' operational capabilities, and strengthen the nationwide service network.
This training was practical-oriented and standards-focused, carried out both online and offline simultaneously. It covered key areas including basic robot operation, offline fulfillment SOPs, after-sales and insurance procedures, differentiated customer solutions, backend engineer assignment, and full-process fulfillment management. The goal was clear: to help partners build a complete business understanding from customer acquisition and order intake to delivery and after-sales service, and to truly master standardized service methods applicable to real commercial scenarios. 
In terms of training content, Qingtianzu Business School focused on addressing three core issues that partners face in business implementation.
First, the issue of "not knowing how to operate." Through systematic training and assessment, partners are able to progress from beginner to certified status, establishing a more standardized and professional service foundation.
Second, the issue of "not daring to take orders." With insurance protection and the platform support system in place, partners now have clearer lines of responsibility and greater confidence when facing on-site fulfillment, after-sales risks, and unexpected situations.
Third, the issue of "not understanding delivery." Through standard procedures such as SOPs, responsibility checklists, and claims processes, Qingtianzu is steadily transforming service processes that previously relied on individual experience into a standardized system that can be replicated, executed, and managed. 
This is where the deeper significance of Qingtianzu Business School lies. It is not merely a training program, but rather a service capability system designed to support the platform's large-scale expansion. For city partners, this means entering business mode faster and handling customer needs more reliably. For the platform, it means more consistent delivery quality across the national network and more controllable service capabilities. For the industry, it means that the commercial implementation of robots is moving from "being able to demo" to "being able to serve," and from isolated cases to standardized replication.
Fei Dongdong, a city partner from Xiamen, said: "Before coming, many aspects were still unclear. After the training, the whole process is much clearer. It's not just about learning how to operate robots, but also about sorting out key actions like order intake, fulfillment, and after-sales service. Now I truly understand how to get the business running."
From this perspective, the business school's role goes beyond empowerment—it is an important vehicle for the platform's capability spillover and the consolidation of industry standards. In the future, those who can first streamline delivery standards, build out operational systems, and solidify their service networks will have a greater opportunity to establish long-term advantages in the embodied intelligent services market.
Starting April 13, the Qingtianzu Business School training series will continue in cities including Beijing, Hangzhou, and Chengdu. This round is expected to cover more than 700 participants, with further expansion of coverage in the future. As the nationwide training network continues to roll out, Qingtianzu is accelerating the development of a standardized empowerment system for city partners, laying a stronger foundation for the large-scale application of robots and the sound commercial development of the industry.
