Qingtian Rent has completed Series A and A+ funding of several hundred million yuan, with a valuation of 7 billion yuan, focusing on RaaS system development and industrial scenario expansion.
On May 20, Qingtianzu announced that it had recently completed its Series A and Series A+ financing rounds, raising a total of several hundred million yuan. Following this round of funding, Qingtianzu's valuation reached 7 billion yuan, officially placing it among the ranks of unicorn companies.
Unlike the previous phase, which focused primarily on display-oriented and interactive scenarios such as cultural tourism, commercial performances, exhibitions, and commercial marketing, Qingtianzu will now shift its business focus toward higher-frequency, more essential industrial scenarios following this round of financing.
Qingtianzu stated that the funds from this round will be primarily used for the development of its RaaS (Robot as a Service) system and expansion into industrial and other scenarios, advancing robots from "being used at events" to entering real-world environments closer to production and operations, such as industrial manufacturing, campus operations, warehousing and logistics, and commercial services.
Qingtianzu CEO Li Yiyan revealed that the challenge of deploying robots in real-world scenarios is not just "whether robots are available," but whether the company can deliver stable, replicable application solutions. "Especially in industrial and campus scenarios, customers are no longer focused on short-term display effects, but rather on whether robots can operate continuously, be dispatched on demand, receive timely maintenance, and create tangible value in specific tasks."
In less than six months since its founding, Qingtianzu has completed the construction of its RaaS application service platform, successively launching core systems and functional modules including a partner SaaS, a global app, intelligent task dispatching, and a skills store, providing the underlying infrastructure for cross-regional robot dispatch, standardized delivery, and multi-scenario operations.
At the same time, Qingtianzu is rapidly strengthening its organizational capabilities. The company has built a multidisciplinary team of over 100 people, with members coming from backgrounds in leading domestic platforms, industrial internet, robot operations, and scenario-based services. It has initially established an organizational framework covering business development, scenario solutions, delivery execution, technical support, and ecosystem collaboration.
To date, Qingtianzu's platform can dispatch more than 4,000 robots, with a service network covering multiple cities across the country. The company has accumulated extensive delivery experience in scenarios such as cultural tourism, commercial performances, exhibitions, retail, office, and education.
With the completion of this round of financing, Qingtianzu will further upgrade from a "robot rental platform" to a "robotic large-scale application service platform," accelerating the deployment of robots across more industrial scenarios.
