Chayan Yuese has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shenzhen with registered capital of 100,000 yuan, focusing on food service and peripheral business to strengthen local service capacity in the South China market.
Recently, the parent company of Chayan Yuese — Hunan Chayue Cultural Industry Development Group — made another move by establishing a new business entity in Shenzhen: Shenzhen Daiji Beverage Co., Ltd. According to information disclosed by Tianyancha, the registered capital of this new company is set at 100,000 RMB, with Sun Cuiying serving as its legal representative.
In terms of business scope, the new company may be small but it is fully equipped. Its operations not only cover catering services and food sales, but also include food delivery, tea set sales, and other peripheral businesses. Notably, the company is wholly owned by Changsha Chayue Niwo Catering Management Co., Ltd., placing it directly under Chayan Yuese's core operational system.
In a highly competitive tea beverage market like Shenzhen, every step of Chayan Yuese's expansion draws close attention. Although the registered capital of only 100,000 RMB indicates a lightweight regional operation, given its penetration strategy in the South China market, this move is seen as a continuation of the brand's efforts to further enhance local fulfillment capabilities.
In recent years, by establishing regional operating companies in different cities, Chayan Yuese has been attempting to build a tighter local service network. The latest move in Shenzhen is not only an extension of the brand's reach, but also a way to adapt to the city's highly efficient dining service pace. As operations unfold, how this newly established catering company will replicate the business model honed in Changsha within Shenzhen's fast-paced market will be a key highlight in the brand's expansion across the South China region.
