Qingtianzu deployed 60 robots at WAIC, marked by the 'RaaS+' full-scenario commercial rollout, showcasing large-scale services and cross-industry applications.
On July 17, the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2026) opened in Shanghai. As an AI-driven RaaS (Robotics-as-a-Service) application and service platform in the era of embodied intelligence, Qingtianzu made its debut at WAIC this year and, serving as the conference's official robot public service provider, sparked a wave of "robot workers" tech buzz across the expo floor. Through comprehensive, large-scale public-area services and multi-dimensional off-site engagement at this year's conference, Qingtianzu not only showcased its core service capabilities but also broke through industry boundaries, achieving multi-faceted commercial deployment and ushering in the full-scenario rollout phase of its "RaaS+" ecosystem.

60 "Robot Workers" Deployed Across Three Venues and Four Halls
At this year's conference, Qingtianzu jointly deployed a total of 60 robots, including models such as the远征A3 and灵犀X2, across public service areas spanning the Pudong World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, the World Expo Center, the Zhangjiang Science Hall, and Xuhui West Bund — covering three venues and four halls. This marked the first time full-size humanoid robots were deployed on a large scale in public areas at a major exhibition. These special "robot workers" not only supported seamless bilingual communication but also adapted to each venue's characteristics, acting as "workplace special forces." Among them, the远征A3 served as "docents," handling core forum explanations, VIP reception, group-controlled performances, and official news broadcasting at the venue. Meanwhile, the compact and agile灵犀X2 took on the role of "smart guides," providing navigation services to attendees.

On the first floor of the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, an overseas exhibitor was asking the灵犀X2 a question, and its smooth switching between Chinese and English drew crowds of onlookers stopping to take photos. One attendee, visibly excited after the experience, remarked: "I used to think robots were just exhibits, but this time they've literally become 'colleagues' — helping me with explanations and navigation in public areas too. I really feel like a 'smart companion' is right by my side!"

Multi-Dimensional On-Site and Off-Site Engagement: New IP and Diverse Scenarios Piece Together the Commercial Puzzle
Beyond the public-area services inside the exhibition halls, Qingtianzu's off-site setups were equally eye-catching, showcasing its capabilities in multi-scenario deployment and operations. At the 1F atrium of Expo World, Qingtianzu specially created a pop-up store themed "Robot Employment Agency." The space was thoughtfully divided into a "Robot Talent Center," "Office Asset Procurement Center," and "Worker Slack-off Activity Center," striking a chord with modern professionals through a highly creative and humorous approach. Here, off-site visitors could interact with robot dogs up close and take free souvenir photos with them.

With the official opening of the pop-up store, Qingtianzu's new IP, "Xingqing (Thinking)," also made its debut. The night before WAIC 2026, "Xingqing (Thinking)" had already appeared at BlueRun Ventures' Booming Night. Qingtianzu positions Xingqing as "an AI observer from beyond the world" — a party guest who truly steps into the crowd. Featuring a blue-and-white color scheme, a star-shaped headpiece, and both the Qingtianzu and Booming logos displayed on its chest, Xingqing responded with lightweight movements and short phrases, taking on roles such as reception and check-in, photo-taking and interaction, as well as outdoor parade appearances.

This warm and agile smart companion, representing future technology, not only enriches Qingtianzu's brand visual landscape but also serves as an emotional bridge connecting complex technology with everyday users. By combining online visibility with offline experiential engagement, Xingqing (Thinking) is set to become an invaluable intangible asset for Qingtianzu, acting as a "content creativity engine" that fuels and enriches its commercial operations ecosystem.

At the same time, cross-industry collaborations and product experiences were rolling out across multiple fronts. At the West Bund in Xuhui, Qingtianzu teamed up with bilibili for a cross-industry collaboration, where robot "dance masters" transformed into electrifying "dancers," breaking the barriers between virtual and real worlds and deeply co-creating at the intersection of hardcore technology and pop culture. Qingtianzu's signature RaaS product — the "Cool Woof Racing" competition — will open up an experience zone at the AI Carnival Pavilion outside the Zhangjiang Science Hall, offering free hands-on experiences to attendees and letting them feel the smooth excitement of "RaaS + sports" competition.

Technology and Commercial Deployment Advancing in Tandem: Using "RaaS+" Capabilities to Break Through Industry Boundaries
This year's WAIC theme is "Intelligent Companions, Co-Creating the Future." For Qingtianzu, the "future" is not about competing on specs and parameters, but about the deep fusion of technology and real-world scenarios. Every iterative breakthrough by robot manufacturers in technology and algorithms injects infinite possibilities into the application side; the stronger and broader the robots' capabilities, the higher the service quality Qingtianzu can deliver and the wider the deployment scenarios it can explore. This symbiotic relationship — where "technological evolution" and "commercial deployment" reinforce and grow with each other — is precisely the core engine driving the embodied intelligence industry forward.
At this year's WAIC booth, Qingtianzu provided a comprehensive showcase of its recent commercial explorations across a variety of real-world application scenarios. From the "Robot Wonder Night" recently launched in Guiyang, to its cross-industry robot cheerleading at the Standard Chartered Shanghai 10K run in mid-May, to its deep integration with cultural venues such as the Shanghai Grand Theatre... Qingtianzu is steadily putting its ambitious "RaaS+" ecosystem blueprint into practice.

Robots serve as the physical medium for reaching users, content creativity is the engine that injects vitality and storytelling, and scenario operations provide the skeleton for building a tangible, closed-loop commercial network. Qingtianzu goes beyond robot rentals — it is forging robot services into a foundational capability that can break through the boundaries of industries such as tourism, sports, performing arts, and crafts. The large-scale deployment of 60 robots at WAIC is just a starting point. Moving forward, Qingtianzu will continue to partner with leading robot manufacturers and industry partners worldwide, growing together and co-creating intelligently, so that this boundary-breaking force of AI can be seamlessly integrated into every corner of production and daily life — truly realizing the vision of "Intelligent Companions, Co-Creating the Future."
