Industrial and commercial data from Tianyancha shows that the operating entity involved, Wuxi Little Swan Electric Co., Ltd., was established in May 2019, its legal representative is Xiao Yi, and its registered capital is as high as 732.4878 million yuan. At the end of the equity chain traced by Tianyancha, the company is 100% wholly owned by white goods leader Midea Group Co., Ltd.
At the same time, Wuxi Little Swan Network Technology Co., Ltd., whose legal representative is also Xiao Yi and which was established as early as 2004, is likewise still in existence, with a registered capital of 28 million yuan.
The coexistence of these two entities, which have witnessed more than 20 years of operational changes in the Little Swan brand, confirms Midea's continuous reorganization of its channel architecture after taking over. However, it is precisely such a heavyweight entity, backed by a hundred-billion-level industrial parent and with registered capital of more than 700 million yuan, that was instantly swallowed by a full-reduction loophole in an online promotion, losing a huge amount of goods value equivalent to nearly one-tenth of its registered capital.
